Experimental cell biology

The purpose of this minor is to offer the student in-depth knowledge of Biomolecular Sciences and/or Neuroscience. The student will gain insight into the latest knowledge of experimental cell biology during the first two courses of the minor (Experimental Cell Biology I and II). Next, students will choose a specific track, either Neurosciences or Biomolecular Sciences.

Admission and registration

Admission
This minor is suitable for third year BSc students in the life sciences. Students Biomedical Science or Health and Life science track Biomedical Science or Clinical Science can register directly. Students from other studies or other universities please send a brief CV with grade list to Dirk Bald (d.bald@vu.nl). Admission will be decided based on previous education and achieved grades. If your admission is approved and the minor coordinator informed the Education Office, you will be enrolled for the courses in August.

1 Students from other universities please register as VU student, see admission-and-registration 
2 Please send a brief CV with grade list to Dirk Bald (d.bald@vu.nl). Admission will be decided based on previous education and achieved grades. If your admission is approved and the minor coordinator informed the Education Office, you will be enrolled for the courses in August when you are officially enrolled.
